Of all the years l’ve been detailing my vehicle’s, this product is far most the best, easy to apply and take off, leaves a lasting shine and dust resistant finish

I used and really liked the original version of this product. Thrilled to see that this version claims improved durability. Prior to application I decontaminated the paint with a synthetic clay towel and used panel prep to give the sealant the best surface to bond to. Application is so easy and the results are amazing. The paint becomes uber glossy and slick. Water beading is amazing. I rinseless wash exclusively, so hoping that this mild cleaning method results in about a year of protection from this sealant. The only thing I’d change is to give the sealant a less “chemical” aroma.

Full transparency, I have NOT had this vehicle in the rain yet. I washed the car thoroughly and applied the sealant and let it cure as instructed. Initial impressions - easy enough to apply, I did notice a high spot that was easily corrected by applying more product and buffing the excess off. Revisited the car after two days and could tell the car was noticeably more shiny and the paint felt butter smooth. I did encounter one problem, the sprayer included with the kit didn’t work (it did, but the product built up around the plunger and eventually dripped off). One email to customer service and two new sprayers were shipped asap. Cerakote is aware of the sprayer issue and working to provide a new improved sprayer with the kit. Customer service is top tier! Definitely refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind its products. Overall, this was a very easy product to apply and if it’s anything like other cerakote products, it will be in my detailing rotation!
