Cerakote Trim Coat is a durable ceramic coating which bonds to the pores of unpainted plastic trim, restoring it to its original appearance. But it doesn't stop there! Once applied, it cures to form a ceramic layer of protection. We're so confident in our Trim Coat technology that we guarantee it to last for at least 200 washes.
- Each kit Includes 10 Wipes & 2 Sets of Gloves - Enough to coat a large vehicle's plastic trim package
- Cerakote Trim Coat is a ceramic coating, not a trim dressing, for automotive trim restoration and protection guaranteed to last 200 washes
- Easy Application: Wash & dry surface - Wipe on - Let dry for 1 hour, you're good to go!

Worth the price!
Wow. So glad I stumbled onto this. I have a 2017 Honda CRV that is always parked outside in the elements. After only two years the front plastic trim was mottled black/gray and fading fast. Regular trim treatments from auto part stores only worked for a couple of weeks. This stuff went on easy (FYI it smells pretty strong) and really worked well. Brought back the trim to like new. Haven't had to reapply yet (its been a couple of months since I bought it) and it still looks perfect.

Use on textured plastic only
Wow! It’s amazing! Stands up to AZ sun! Very strong steel. Make sure to do it out of the sun. Nothing compares

Still going strong
Work's as advertised

It isnt what you think it is.
cerakote trim coat can indeed be an awesome product for you. But...maybe not. If your parts are heavily faded. You are much more likely better off to paint it with a quality trimcoat paint for a comparable long term perk up. Cerakote does lend to a deep shine but it is clear and every single imperfection gets highlighted. Upon application it looks like your getting great coverage and the whole part will look, at least, uniform. Nope. And I even did a alot more prepwork than required. I did the rear of my 2010 mustang gt. Not even faded much. I did a good job, cerakote applied great. no issues there, and the job looks great...but...only at 15 feet away. Closer than that...it starts to look not up to what i wanted and a recoat wouldnt help, nevermind cerakote doesnt even recommend trying. Heres the deal...Apart from cerakote fine tuning the product for automotive use...currently, id say its best for perking up newer vehicles not having faded black plastic parts yet. And maybe someone whos selling a car and wants a fast deep shine, nevermind the shines deepness still shows alot of the sun fadedness no matter how well prepped. Speaking of prepped. If you are gonna use cerakote...take the part off the car, same as you would if painting. Put it up in your face on horses to prep as well as you possibly can. Only way to do a good job with it. Its a product with great automotive potential but isnt there yet if you are looking to 'restore'. To make an already newer part pop, yes. IF...they added some kind of dye or pigment to it...that would help our 10 years old cars have better results.
