Cerakote does a GREAT job with textured plastics!
After having my camaro for 7 years, the textured plastics on the front/rear fascia and the side skirts was fading. I'd use a trim restorer and protectant, but it wouldn't last too long after the rain would get to it.I ordered a sample of the Cerakote Ceramic Trim Coat and applied it to the textured black plastic on my side skirts and front fascia.I am definitely impressed so far with the effects. I'm now going to do the textured plastic on my rear fascia and dash/door panels.

Honestly, doesn't work the way it looked in the pictures. I spent a lot of time on the preparation and applied the Cerakote as directed.

Fantastic product. First trim restorer that actually works. Restores any rough finish trim to factory new and protects it! Water beads off, easier to clean, looks brand new. Cerakote is a fantastic brand as it is and the fact they offered this and developed it is a godsend!

This finish went on easy. It gave a very nice appearance to the weathered black trim. Gave it a nice shine.Time will tell how well it holds up.One thing I found difficult was with the grid pattern on my step bumper applying the finish. I folded the wipe up to run it between the grid pattern.One thing that did help with this was the wipes are of a very heavy fabric.My experience with Cerakote has always been very successful. Hopefully this will hold up like their gun paints

This stuff is pretty amazing, so much better than the dressing I used to use. Fixed my wife's car right up, highly recommend.
