Cerakote Trim Coat is a durable ceramic coating which bonds to the pores of unpainted plastic trim, restoring it to its original appearance. But it doesn't stop there! Once applied, it cures to form a ceramic layer of protection. We're so confident in our Trim Coat technology that we guarantee it to last for at least 200 washes.
- Each kit Includes 10 Wipes & 2 Sets of Gloves - Enough to coat a large vehicle's plastic trim package
- Cerakote Trim Coat is a ceramic coating, not a trim dressing, for automotive trim restoration and protection guaranteed to last 200 washes
- Easy Application: Wash & dry surface - Wipe on - Let dry for 1 hour, you're good to go!

Very impressed Kinda expensive.
Make sure surface is perfectly clean. Great product compared to all black restore products I have used other than simple liquid black shoe polish.

I have a method to safely remove. They need more warning signs
Followed instructions and most worked out well on smooth plastic. However rather poor on more textured plastics. Created airpockets that looked like glaze. I contacted company and they said there is no way to remove it. Only way is to scrape it off with scotch brite white pads and soap or degreaser. That can easily damage the plastic if too much pressure is applied. I had an extra set of mudflaps and applied the product to test an idea. It worked! Nonacetone nail polish remover pads from Walgreens worked fantastically. No damage to plastic and it removed cerakote! I would use painters tape around the plastic on car paint. Right after gentle scrub with the remover pads I let is soak in for a few seconds and then I scrubbed gently with a paper towel. If ceracote is one day old it removes very easily. The longer it cures its harder to remove but I still managed to do it with no damage to the plastic. Wantes to share this removal method as it saved me. Good product but more details required by company on proper application and poor adhesion to more texture plastic. Red spots in the photo indicate fixed surface where I removed cerakote. Yellow indicate cerajote cured for about a day.

Awesome
Works great. My car is looking like new

Poor coverage
Did not cover jeep fenders well. Looked super streeky. Ruined my fenders.

Works great and easy to apply
I applied this around September 25. It has been 2 months and it looks like the day I applied it. I applied it to two cars. One car is a '96 Vette with the lower front spoiler blemished from hitting the ground. After applying it the spoiler looked almost like new and still looks great. I would buy this again.
