Cerakote is the real deal!
This stuff is amazing! My 2006 Mini Cooper S moldings were looking very drab and just plain old. Not surprising for a 14 year old car sitting in the Florida sun! I watched a YouTube vid regarding Cerakote; this couple filmed multiple episodes of their Jeep. The black plastic moldings were so faded, there was no way they could make them look new! Man, was I completely wrong! I bought the product and I can say the plastic trim on my Cooper looks brand new! I was all set to replace all the trim pieces at a cost of $300+ Thank you Cerakote for saving me a bundle! If youre thinking of cleaning up the black trim on your vehicle, do yourself a favor and YouTube search their episodes! Great Quality - Surprisingly Easy
Turned all of my trim a deep satin black color and the surface is obviously much harder and smoother than the original plastic. It's an awesome investment for $20 - what else is there to say? Buy it!

Buyer beware, do your research.
After reading reviews I bought and applied this product per instructions. It looked great for 2 days and then splotches appeared. Customer service felt oils below the surface caused this effect. Unfortunately because it is ceramic it will not come off and now my trim is ruined. The trim looks way worse now than before I applied the product..The company did refund me, but I'm going to have to buy new bumpers and trim. If you have used other trim dressings in the past I would avoid using this. If you haven't it looks like a great product.
