Cerakote Trim Coat is a durable ceramic coating which bonds to the pores of unpainted plastic trim, restoring it to its original appearance. But it doesn't stop there! Once applied, it cures to form a ceramic layer of protection. We're so confident in our Trim Coat technology that we guarantee it to last for at least 200 washes.
- Each kit Includes 10 Wipes & 2 Sets of Gloves - Enough to coat a large vehicle's plastic trim package
- Cerakote Trim Coat is a ceramic coating, not a trim dressing, for automotive trim restoration and protection guaranteed to last 200 washes
- Easy Application: Wash & dry surface - Wipe on - Let dry for 1 hour, you're good to go!

Be careful - "blotchy" product
Although the video and advertising looks great, my golf cart looks terrible. Blotchy spots on much of the black trim I used this product on. Now I have to find a way to remove this stuff and find something else.

Definetly buy
The best trim coating I have used. Period. First applied 2 months ago trim still looks new. Most products dont last in this southern heat. I am in New Orleans. Worth buy. Little warning as this is a ceramic and each towel is very moist; to avoid getting it on car tape as much as you can first

Potentially Great Product if You Haven't Used ANY Other Brand Products to Treat Your Plastic
I beleive this product is potentiialy great, but I had used another product on my 2014 Jeep Wrangler to restore the plastic. The CERAKOTE applies easily and looked like I was going to have a great result, but after it cured, had large areas and streaks of grey. The instructions did not mention NOT to use CERAKOTE if you had used ANY other plastic restoration products and the CERAKOTE plastic preparation instructions are inadequate to remove anything but natural dirt and grime. Seller was great on responding to my questions and provided a prompt refund. I will likely need to sand ALL my plastic fenders, bunpers, and side steps in order to either reapply CERAKOTE or paint to restore black color. CERAKOTE manufacturer and sellers SHOULD IMMEDIATELY update the information on websites to include revised instructions to NOT use the product if other products have been used.

Beautiful results. Follow the directions.
Cerakote made my 2008 Jeep Liberty look like new. I had a lot of faded gray plastic trim that had become an eyesore and made the vehicle look old and worn out. I could hardly believe how quickly and easily Cerakote restored the original rich, dark black. It looks fantastic. I've used other trim restore products on previous vehicles and they all washed off in the rain within a couple weeks. I could see those products beginning to fade after the first few days. I can already tell that Cerakote's ceramic coating is much more durable, as there's been no degradation at all after a few weeks of rain and two washes. If you want similar results, be sure to prep the areas you're restoring by washing them with Dawn dish detergent. I then wiped the plastic with isopropyl alcohol (91%, but any concentration will work). You don't have to spend a lot of time and effort on prep, but do make sure everything is thoroughly dry before applying the coating. Finally, I used masking tape to protect my vehicle's paint, which allowed me to apply the Cerakote quickly without having to worry about carefully avoiding overwipe. When you apply the trim coating, follow the directions to discard each towelette after it starts to become dry. I tried to cheap out and overuse the first one, which caused two streaks. I was able to easily fix that by going back over those two areas the next day. I used only 5 wipes to restore most of the trim on my Jeep, so the 10 in this kit are more than enough. Don't hesitate to switch to a new wipe - if you find yourself scrubbing back and forth in order to get full coverage on the area, it's time to discard that towelette.

Not impressed
Package was open and missing 1. Applied as directed. Cleaned with dish soap dried completely with compressed air and Applied not in direct sunlight. It did not change my bumpers at all. Did an ok job on my side trim. Not impressed at all

Awesome result
Amazing. Truly amazing. Made the old plastic look like brand new and it LASTS. Tried other treatments that lasted a few weeks or months. This seems much more permanent. Be careful applying it. Do not go back to a section you already coated or you will have streaks.
