    Restored Headlamps

Posted by Nelson on Jun 8th 2020

Redid the headlights after watching a lot of YouTube detailers (Wilsons auto detail) use it. Surprised how easy it was to use this as supposed to using other products. 3 steps an no machine required. Make sure to follow the directions and on the last step only use one direction over lapping swipe. Step 3 cannot layer the clear coat. Awesome results and the old Acura TL headlights looking like new again! Customer service was really quick to answer my questions as well. Great service highly recommend.

    Crystal clear results

Does exactly what it says it will do. My headlights were in sad shape and now they look good as new. Take your time and use lots of water during the sanding steps. I will use this product again in the future.

    Wow what a difference!

    Posted by Niny97 on Jun 8th 2020

I just barely had $2000 dollars saved to add wheels, 150,000 mile check up, front brakes, detailing, replacing the wiper blades and tab renewal. To replace my front head lights the quote was $375 + tax. To refurbish the headlights the quote given was, $225 + tax. I bought this kit just praying that if it only did half the job it claimed to do, id be a happy camper. Wow, what a difference! We read the comments and watched the video several times and followed recommendations on spending extra time on the step 2. I really didn't think it would be that easy but it was. I had so much fun working with my husband on this project. Thank you!

Simple if you follow the directions you'll get great results. Would have given 5 stars but I want to see how long it lasts. I'll put that lifetime warranty to the test

Take your time and follow the directions.

It really is a great product. You have to take your time, follow the steps and do everything that the instructions tell you to do. Watch the video that Cerakote has on their website too. You have to put some physical effort into cleaning the headlights. Dont think you just rub some liquid on the headlights and they are like new. Also, during the final step, pay attention to the instructions, wipe in one direction and only do one coat. The ceramic applicator starts to harden fast and I got a couple of streaks when I tried to touch up a spot I missed. The photos are from start to finish on a 2006 Pontiac Torrent SUV. The drivers side light had some hazing but not real bad. The finished product is crystal clear.
