Had a problem (blurred headlight) Cerakote was sent a e-mail and they did reply and made it right! Great company and honest!

Defective Kit?
I am an auto detailer and I have researched this product for a long time and have watched and read a trail of good reviews. I purchased this kit to restore the head lights on my own personal vehicle. I began step 1 and noticed that the wipe was not turning yellow as the kit said it would, but I used all 4 wipes anyways for each head light. Then in the 3rd step of ceramic coating I immediately noticed that the wrapper containing the coating wipe was soaked in dried up ceramic coating. The ceramic coating wipe also left streaking all over the head light as if the wipe was not properly soaked in coating and I have attached a photo of that. I hope that Cerakote can make this right as I feel I have just gotten a defective kit.
